PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: We offer full services for managing the properties you choose not to. If we manage your property and collect your monthly rent, we charge 25% of the first month's rent and 10% per month thereafter. We will handle entering the features and photos of your property in the multiple listing service, showing, etc. Each prospective tenant is required to meet our standards prior to occupancy. A credit check, local background check, character references, last tenancy, employment verification and income qualifying is completed on each applicant. The information is relayed to you and we leave the decision up to you. We want you to be as informed as we are in determining if a prospective tenant is qualified to be occupying your property. Once the tenant has been accepted, rents and deposits are collected (certified funds required for initial payments), an occupancy check-in procedure begins. An inventory of the current condition of the home (interior and exterior) is noted, then keys are issued. When the tenant vacates, a check-out procedure begins. We know you want your property to be handled with care and concern. If you choose to collect your monthly rent, our charge for procuring a tenant up through the key issuance is 40% of the first month's rent. Call us anytime for more information.
